At The Pink Kloset, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

Exchange & Store Credit Terms:

  • All sale items, white clothing, and lace clothing are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or store credit.

  • All returned items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Items that do not meet these requirements will be refused.

How to Initiate a Return:

To request an exchange or store credit, please email us at quinaskloset.info@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.

Important Return Information:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Please ensure you obtain tracking information for your return; we are not responsible for lost or untraceable packages.

  • Once we receive your return and it meets our return criteria, we will process your exchange or store credit within 1–3 business days.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
