At The Pink Kloset, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing & Shipping Time:

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which typically delivers within 3–5 business days.

• A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

Address Accuracy:

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

• If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Order Changes & Cancellations:

• Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make changes. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• Once your order has been shipped and tracking information is provided, The Pink Kloset is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please file a claim with USPS.
